Location of Garbage Receptacles for Pick-up
Our policy states that if you are a GG&G customer, without backdoor service and your cart is not at the curb or end of the driveway our drivers are not required to pick up your cart.
Excessive Trash
Customers are allowed two 13-gallon trash bags of excessive garbage outside the 96 gallon cart. Anything more will not be collected unless the customer has contacted the GG&G office prior to the pickup day.
Holidays
The following holidays will affect collection days depending on whatever day the holiday falls on: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Items that can’t be Mixed with Household Garbage
Our employees are permitted to refuse the following items: Car Parts, Tires, Televisions, Construction Debris, Furniture, and contaminants such as: Oils, Gases, Paint, and etc.
Service Details
GG&G requires all trash, recycling, and yard waste to be bagged weekly. We also ask that all cardboard boxes are emptied and broken down prior to the day of pickup.
Materials Hauled At Additional Expense
We will haul carpet, construction debris, wood, and roofing for a separate fee. (CANNOT BE HAULED WITH GARBAGE)
Late Payment Policy
If account is 30 days past due we will charge 10% late fee and payment must be received in 10 days. If not received your service will be discontinued and trash cart will be picked up. Once account has been paid, if you desire to continue service there will be a restart fee of $45.00.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. However, we do not provide refunds for cancellations.
